Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We need to be capable of plugging the trailer into an electrical source. This can be a permanent source such as a building or house, or a temporary one like a generator.

We have generators available for rent, if power is not available at your site.

  • We prefer to have access to a water supply, but if this isn’t an option, our trailers have a 160 gallon water tank on board.

Longer duration or high-volume events may require hose connections. We will determine the need during our quoting process.

  • Restroom Trailer sizes vary depending on their capacity. The dimensions of each trailer are listed on the individual trailer pages.

  • You are only responsible for damage caused by yourself or your guests. You will be charged for repairs if the Best Man decides that he wants to punch a hole into the Men’s Room (actual case). Customers are not responsible for the actions taken by our staff when setting up and picking up trailers, for acts of God, or for mechanical issues beyond their control.

  • At this time we do not have a wheelchair accessible restroom trailer.

  • Yes, you or someone who represents you or your company will need to be present when we deliver the restroom trailer so that you can show us where it should be placed and look it over for damage. Generally the trailer setup location needs to be figured out by conducting an on-site visit prior to the day of the event. If you’re having an event in a venue that we work with regularly, the trailers may already be placed there and you don’t need to be present.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have taken possession of the trailer all damages are your responsibility.

  • It depends on location of event and Mileage. All events are different. We will give you one price for the entire rental. This includes the delivery and pick-up on weekdays, the mileage, so there are no surprises or confusion.

  • Yes… like lavender! 🪻😊… We do our best to keep our trailers smelling like new. After every event, we bring all of our trailers to our headquarters and thoroughly clean them and sanitize. We then test all the systems to ensure they are ready for the next event.

  • Our Restroom trailers come with both heating and air conditioning. Air conditioning is one of the reasons restroom trailers are so popular at summer events.

  • No. We will try to accommodate your requests when we set up the trailer, but there may be limitations. The trailer will be delivered by a large pickup truck that must be able to enter and exit the site. We avoid areas with soft grass or those that have drainage or leach fields installed. When deciding where to place your restroom trailer, remember that all doors are on the “passenger” side of the trailer.

PLEASE NOTE: Trailers are not to be moved by customers, once delivered.

  • You do not have to leave the trailer plugged-in as long as the temperature outside is above freezing. We will usually set up a trailer for your event, and then unplug the plug. You only need to plug it back in a few hours prior to your event, and it will be ready. After the event, unplug it again if temps are not cold enough to freeze overnight.

  • Restroom trailers plug into regular household power outlets. During the warmer months, one plug per circuit will be enough to run all of the trailer’s systems except for the water heater. If you want this option, a second circuit will be required. In winter, multiple circuits are needed to run the onboard heaters. You can find out how much power you need by visiting the specific trailer page.
